Quality Handcrafted Workmanship
Using the top quality natural fibers, our patented hand tufting system, and 100% cotton covers, we create a mattress set that is reminiscent of a bygone era. Our unique manufacturing formulas have been passed down through the generations.
What makes us different?
We utilize a standard height, high quality bonnell innerspring mattress unit. Various combinations of filling materials create a spectrum of firmness ranging from soft to orthopedic extra firm. This type of inner spring unit allows us to fabricate custom size units at our factory to your exact specifications.
We still use cotton and wool (natural fibers) in all our hand tufted mattresses. Cotton breathes, making it warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. It has a longer life than poly foam used in most "mass produced" mattresses. Wool adds to the comfort , giving it that "added bounce" without compromising in firmness.
