In addition to traditional mattress sizes, we specialize in producing custom sizes to fit antique beds that require a Rabbet Edge box spring and Cut-Out Corners that allow the mattress to wrap around the posts at the corners of the bed.

We accommodate European Platform beds, which don’t require a box spring, with our Essex Quilted line. These mattresses can be manufactured in varying in size and heights to accommodate needs of the bed. ( Click here for size chart )

For modern beds we create box springs to match wall paper and bedding, with recessed legs or wheels giving the appearance of a “floating bed” eliminating the need for a clumsy frame and dust ruffle.
